Most projects also progress in clear phases, which makes estimating easier. For example, the first stage often involves removing existing structures or vegetation — essentially a garden clean up to create a blank canvas. This might take a day with four people, which is easy to quantify and estimate upfront.
If the next step involves construction work like retaining walls and decks, we can also break those stages down into timeframes and material requirements, giving you a transparent picture of what to expect.
