This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead work onsite, produce quality work alongside the crew, and take pride in building outdoor spaces that last.

The Role
Landscape Foreperson
We’re looking for someone who can confidently lead jobs onsite while still producing quality work alongside the team.
This is not a clipboard-only role. You’ll be hands-on, practical, and confident working with a crew to keep jobs moving, standards high, and clients looked after.
What you’ll be doing
Leading landscape construction jobs onsite
Working hands-on with the team to produce quality work
Reading plans and understanding job requirements
Coordinating materials, tools and site workflow
Supporting apprentices or less experienced team members
Communicating clearly with the team, clients, and management
Helping keep projects safe, tidy, organised and on track
What we’re looking for
Experience in landscape construction, building, civil, or similar hands-on trade work
Confidence leading people onsite
Strong practical skills and pride in your workmanship
Good communication and problem-solving ability
Full Class 1 NZ driver licence
Class 2 licence would be an advantage
A positive attitude and willingness to keep improving
